The Red Barons is a non-profit organization and one of the oldest AMA RC gold leader chartered RC clubs in the United States. Established in 1967, our flying field is located on private property located at the Toyota Amphitheater in Wheatland, CA just 30 minutes north of Sacramento.
This is our latest flying field and was built in 2005. Located on a 60 acre site;

Our flying field is on amphitheater property, and we have our own gate access accessible to club members. Our club is open year round with the only non-fly days being concert days which number about 15 days each year.
